This is one of my most favorite art pieces in my home. It’s a reproduction of a WWII civil service poster from Great Britain. It reminds me daily to ‘KEEP CALM’.
One thing that helps me keep calm is to be prepared. Who knows what will happen with this whole Flu pandemic thing. It might be nothing, or we might all get a nasty flu bug. In either case, I’m prepared and you can be too.
Follow this link to the CDC’s flu preparedness checklist. It’s pretty basic and you probably have all these things at home already. I know I need to go stock up on some comfort foods we like to have on hand when we’re sick like natural gingerale, rootbeer popcicles, and strawberry jello. Lets all be prepared then we can…
