The Smith family welcomed me into their home for a super fun and fantastic-o family/maternity session. See, they’re expecting a sister in December and they needed to capture these last moments before their family changes forever. I was more than happy to oblige….

My super star friend Holly turned 18 yesterday! Today she went in for her first ever tattoo and I got to tag along and capture the moment for all eternity(:

This is right after they got the transfer placement just perfect and the tattoo artist was prepping.
Here she is, all excited and full of anticipation.
The photo on the top right is her bracing for pain, and the bottom is her realizing it doesn’t hurt as much as she thought.
ok, so maybe it hurts a little…
but it’s still cool
all done!
