We decided this spring to get back yard chickens.  They are so amazingly cute!

We love watching them, they are super funny.  And they find the funniest times to start peeping and falling asleep. Chloe thinks the little black one is narcoleptic, she nods off all the time in the middle of eating or standing. Her little beak just falls forward onto the ground.

Tera is awesome at doing a self portrait of us while we’re working at a wedding. She has this almost super-natural ability to pick a moment when I’m zoned out to the nth degree to do this….. This is (l-r) Sarah (she’s a super awesome wedding coordinator at Stone Ridge if you’re having a wedding hire this woman, she will save you so much time and headaches), Me (the consummate goof ball), and the fabulous Tera Pettit.  Tera has a new fan-tabulous website and blog, definitely go check it out.
